• R. Kiesche presented results of Library Garden meeting.
• Linda Lutz-Planning Board Liaison presented update on Dell Ave Lot 4 block 6901 application. L. Lutz to write up report and present to Planning Board on behalf of REC
• Linda Lutz-Planning Board Liaison presented update on Main Street and Kenvil Ave-plan does not include sidewalk-applicant looking for variance.

• Community Garden-Ribbon Cutting Earth Day 2009
• August Presentation to Council 08-26-08 (Site Sketch, Project Plan, Power Point) completed
• Get sign at property “Future Home Lines Roxbury Community Garden & Environmental Center.”(M. Schmidt) (Like Dog Park sign)
• Garden Schedule-Winter Tasks
• Fence, steak and measure for fence purchase
• Evaluate parking area for expansion
• Bylaws to be finalized and provided to attorney for review. Notify Council that we have done so.
